the British Isles away from main roads and railways.
You can skipper your own boat on a 3 day short break or
up to three weeks or more.
Even if you have no previous narrow boat hire experience
you will be surprised just how easy it is to become a confident
skipper.
 One
of the many delights of cruising the canals is the wide choice
of routes available.
In England and Wales there are over two thousand miles of
rivers and canals that can be navigated aboard our boats.
All our narrow boats are purpose built for easy and responsive
handling and if you have any doubts over any aspect of canals & cruising
we will do all we can to assist.
2005 prices are now available and we already have many
bookings.
All our hirers are taken for a free tuition cruise by one
of our experienced pilots at the start of your boating holiday
and shown through a lock. Instruction continues until you
are confident of how to handle the boats. This will insure
a most enjoyable and memorable boating holiday.
We also send novice hirers a VHS video or CD rom which covers
all aspects of canals and cruising, plus a copy of "The
Boaters Handbook"
